HOW IT WORKS

If you're not happy with your purchase, simply contact us within 3 days of your order. We'll do our best to help — and if we can't, we'll refund you in full.

1. Email us at hello@thefreshpresets.com within 3 days (72 hours) of your purchase.
2. Include your order number and a short description of the issue.
3. We'll respond within 24–48 hours. In most cases, we can offer a quick solution (tips, replacement, or guidance) that resolves the issue.
4. If our help doesn't work for you, we'll process a full refund to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

WHAT'S COVERED

Our 3-day guarantee covers any reason — including:

- You were charged more than once
